Your Legal Rights:
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:
Up to 30 Days - If your goods are faulty, unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described; you can get a full refund. You must write to us at:
Copthorne House, The Broadway, Abergele, LL22 7DD
to confirm the fault and arrange the return of the item(s). This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product. After 30 days you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault.
Up to 6 Months -If you are outside the 30-day right to reject, we will repair the item if the fault/defect was present from the date of purchase. If it cannot be repaired or replaced, or the repair is unsatisfactory, then you are entitled to a price reduction if you wish to keep the product or a full refund (in most cases). No deduction can be made from a refund in the first 6 months following an unsuccessful attempt at repair or replacement. If however, the fault is caused by misuse or accidental damage the cost of the repair must be met by the customer.
Any refund due will be made to the original payment method.
